Thamarssery: Fresh cut കോഴി അറവുമാലിന്യ സംസ്കരണ ഫാക്ടറിയിൽ നിന്നുയരുന്ന ദുർഗന്ധത്താൽ പൊറുതി മുട്ടിയ ഇരകൾ Thamarassery Taluk ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് മാർച്ച് നടത്തി.
ഇരുത്തുള്ളി സംരക്ഷണ സമിതിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് താമരശ്ശേരി താലൂക് ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് മാർച്ച് നടത്തിയത്. മാർച്ചിൽ ആയിരങ്ങൾ അണിനിരന്നു. കക്ഷി രാഷ്ട്രീയ ജാതി മത ഭേദമന്യേ ഫാക്ടറിയുടെ വായു ജല മലിനീകരണത്തിന് എതിരെ ഇരകളായ നാട്ടുകാർ താമരശ്ശേരിയിലേക്ക് ഒഴുകിയെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു.
M.K. Muneer MLA യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ വൈകീട്ട് 4 മണിക്ക് താമരശ്ശേരിയിൽ പ്രതിഷേധ സംഗമം നടത്തുന്നുണ്ട്, കൂടാതെ പുവ്വോട് നിവാസികളുടെ ഐക്യദാർഢ്യ റാലിയും ഇന്ന് വൈകുന്നേരം നടക്കും.
Thamarassery: Residents Protest Against Stench from Fresh Cut Poultry Waste Processing Factory, March to Taluk Office.
Under the leadership of the Iruthulli Protection Committee, thousands of affected residents marched to the Thamarassery Taluk Office, protesting against the unbearable stench emanating from the Fresh Cut poultry waste processing factory. People from all walks of life, irrespective of political, caste, or religious differences, united against the air and water pollution caused by the factory.
A protest meeting, led by MLA M.K. Muneer, is scheduled to take place at Thamarassery at 4 PM. Additionally, a solidarity rally by the residents of Puvvot will be held this evening.
