Kunnamangalam: ഇസ്രയേലിൽ നഴ്സിങ് ജോലി വാങ്ങി വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്ത് Kunnamangalam സ്വദേശിനിയുടെ പണം തട്ടിയ Kodungallur സ്വദേശി മേക്കാട്ട് പറമ്പിൽ ആൽവിൻ ജോർജ് (30)എന്നയാളെ Kunnamangalam പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടി.
Omassery Shanthi Hospital ൽ നഴ്സായി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന യുവതിയോട് ഇസ്രയേലിൽ ജോലി വാങ്ങി തരാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് യുവതിയുടെയും ഭർത്താവിന്റെയും കയ്യിൽ നിന്ന് ഗൂഗിൾപേ വഴിയും അല്ലാതെയുമായി 10,85,000 രൂപ കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തി ജോലി നൽകാതെ തട്ടിപ്പ് നടത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. യുവതിയുടെ പരാതിയിൽ കേസ്സ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിവരവെ കുന്ദമംഗലം SI ബാലകൃഷ്ണനും സംഘവും പ്രതിയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു. കൂട്ടുപ്രതിയെ അന്വേഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് കുന്ദമംഗലം പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അറസ്റ്റ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശേഷം പ്രതിയെ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കി.
Kunnamangalam: A man from Kodungallur, identified as Alvin George (30) from Mekkat Parambil, was arrested by Kunnamangalam police for scamming a local woman by promising her a nursing job in Israel. The victim, a nurse at Omassery Shanthi Hospital, was deceived into paying ₹10,85,000 through Google Pay and other means after being assured of a job opportunity abroad. However, the promised job never materialized.
Following the woman’s complaint, a case was registered, and an investigation led by Kunnamangalam SI Balakrishnan and his team resulted in the arrest of the accused. Police are continuing their search for an accomplice involved in the fraud. The arrested individual was presented before the court after the legal formalities were completed.
