Kozhikode: Eranjipalam ലോഡ്ജ് കൊലപാതകത്തിൽ കുറ്റപത്രം സമർപ്പിച്ച് പൊലീസ്. 510 പേജുള്ള കുറ്റപത്രമാണ് Kozhikode Judicial First Class Magistrate കോടതിയിൽ നടക്കാവ് പൊലീസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചത്. മലപ്പുറം വെട്ടത്തൂർ സ്വദേശി ഫസീല 2024 നവംബർ 25 ന് ആണ് എരഞ്ഞിപ്പാലത്തെ ലോഡ്ജിൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്. കുറ്റകൃത്യത്തിന് ശേഷം ഒളിവിൽ പോയ പ്രതി തൃശൂർ തിരുവില്ലാമല സ്വദേശി അബ്ദുൾ സനൂഫിനെ ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ചെന്നൈയിൽ വെച്ച് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തിരുന്നു.
പ്രതിക്കെതിരെ യുവതി നേരത്തേ നൽകിയ പീഡനക്കേസ് ഒത്തുതീർപ്പാക്കാത്തതിന്റെ വൈരാഗ്യത്തിലാണ് കൊലപാതകം എന്ന് പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നു. 2024 നവംബർ 24 ന് ഇരുവരും ലോഡ്ജിൽ മുറിയെടുക്കുകയും വാക്ക് തർക്കത്തെ തുടർന്ന് സനൂഫ് ഫസീലയെ ശ്വാസംമുട്ടിച്ച് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.
Kozhikode: Police have filed a charge sheet in the Eranjipalam lodge murder case. A 510-page charge sheet was submitted by the Nallalam Police at the Kozhikode Judicial First Class Magistrate Court. The victim, Faseela, a native of Vettathur, Malappuram, was murdered at a lodge in Eranjipalam on November 25, 2024.
The accused, Abdul Sanuf, a native of Thiruvillamala, Thrissur, had gone into hiding after committing the crime but was later taken into custody in Chennai after a few days.
The police investigation revealed that the murder was driven by revenge, as the victim had previously filed a harassment case against the accused and had not agreed to settle it. On November 24, 2024, the two had checked into the lodge, and following an argument, Sanuf allegedly strangled Faseela to death.
