Ponnani: പൊന്നാനി ഗുരുവായൂർ സംസ്ഥാന പാതയിൽ മാറഞ്ചേരി പനമ്പാട്ട് ബൈക്കിനു പിന്നിൽ പിക്കപ്പ് വാൻ ഇടിച്ച് യുവതി മരിച്ചു. ഭർത്താവിനൊപ്പം യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ബൈക്കിൽ പിക്കപ്പ് വാൻ ഇടിച്ച് റോഡിൽ തെറിച്ചു വീഴുകയായിരുന്നു. അവിണ്ടിത്തറ ചോഴിയാട്ടേൽ സാഹിറിന്റെ ഭാര്യ പുലിയപ്പുറത്ത് ഹാരിഫയാണു (36) ചികിത്സയ്ക്കിടെ മരിച്ചത്.
ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് ഭർത്താവിന്റെ കൂടെ ബൈക്കിൽ വരുമ്പോഴായിരുന്നു അപകടം. ബൈക്ക് മറിഞ്ഞ് റോഡിൽ വീണ ഹാരിഫയെ പിക്കപ്പ് വാൻ ഇടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തലയ്ക്കു ഗുരുതര പരുക്കേറ്റ ഹാരിഫയെ കോട്ടയ്ക്കലിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഇന്ന് രാവിലെയോടെയാണ് മരിച്ചത്.
Ponnani: A young woman died after a pickup van collided with a bike from behind on the Guruvayur State Highway at Maranchery, Panambatt. She was traveling with her husband when the accident occurred, throwing them onto the road. The deceased has been identified as Puliyappurath Harifa (36), wife of Avindithara Chozhiyattail Sahir. She succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.
The accident happened on Wednesday evening while she was riding with her husband. After their bike skidded and fell, the pickup van ran over Harifa. She suffered severe head injuries and was rushed to a private hospital in Kottakkal, but she passed away early this morning.
