Vadakara: വടകരയിൽ രണ്ട് കിലോ കഞ്ചാവുമായി യുവാവ് പിടിയിൽ. മാനന്തവാടി അമ്പുകുത്തി വേമം സ്വദേശി വെളോത്ത് പ്രജുലിനെയാണ് വടകര പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടിയത്. വടകര റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ ട്രെയിൻ ഇറങ്ങിയ ഇയാളെ സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരത്ത് വച്ചുതന്നെ പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടുകയായിരുന്നു.
രഹസ്യവിവരത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിലാണ് പ്രജുൽ പിടിയിലാവുന്നത്. ഇയാളിൽ നിന്ന് 2.0 25 ഗ്രാം കഞ്ചാവാണ് പിടികൂടിയത്. ഇതര സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് കഞ്ചാവെത്തിച്ച് വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്ന ആളാണ് പ്രതിയെന്ന് പോലീസ്.
Vadakara: A young man was arrested in Vadakara with two kilograms of cannabis. The arrested individual is Veloth Prajul, a native of Ambukuthi, Vemam, in Mananthavady. Vadakara police apprehended him near the Vadakara railway station shortly after he got off a train.
Prajul was arrested based on a tip-off. During the search, 2.025 kilograms of cannabis were recovered from him. According to the police, he is involved in bringing cannabis from other states and selling it locally.
