Thiruvananthapuram: കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ നിർദേശം രാഷ്ട്രീയമായി എതിർത്തെങ്കിലും സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിൽ ഹിന്ദിപഠനത്തിന് പ്രാമുഖ്യം നൽകി സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ. മലയാളത്തിനും ഇംഗ്ലീഷിനും പുറമെ, ഹിന്ദിയിലും വിദ്യാർഥികൾ ഉയർന്ന നൈപുണി നേടാൻ ഗുണമേന്മാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനുള്ള മാർഗരേഖ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു. ഹിന്ദി കംപ്യൂട്ടിങ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ കുട്ടികളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കാനുള്ള അക്കാദമിക് മാസ്റ്റർ പ്ലാൻ സ്കൂളുകൾ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്യണം. നിലവിൽ അഞ്ചാം ക്ലാസിൽ തുടങ്ങുന്ന ഹിന്ദി പഠനം, ഒന്നുമുതൽ തുടങ്ങുംവിധം മാറ്റാനും ആലോചനയുണ്ട്.
ഹിന്ദി വായിക്കാനും എഴുതാനും സംസാരിക്കാനുമുള്ള പ്രാപ്തി കുട്ടികൾക്കുണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ള പഠന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ സ്കൂൾതലത്തിൽ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണം. ഇതിനായി ഹിന്ദി ക്ലബ് ഊർജിതമാക്കുന്നതിനു പുറമെ, ഹിന്ദി സിനിമകൾ കാണാനും കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അവസരമൊരുക്കും. എല്ലാ കുട്ടികളും നിർബന്ധമായും ഹിന്ദി പഠിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലാവും ഭാഷാപദ്ധതി. മാതൃഭാഷയ്ക്കും ഇംഗ്ലീഷിനും പുറമെ, ഹിന്ദിക്കും പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകുന്നതാണ് ദേശീയ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ നയം (NEP). നയപരമായി എൻഇപിയെ എതിർക്കുമ്പോഴും ത്രിഭാഷാ പരിപാടിക്കനുസരിച്ചു മുന്നോട്ടുനീങ്ങാനാണ് കേരളത്തിന്റെ തീരുമാനം. അതിഥിത്തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ മക്കൾ കൂടുതലായി പൊതുവിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിൽ ചേരുന്നുണ്ട്. അവരെ ആകർഷിക്കാനും ഹിന്ദിപഠനം ഉപകരിക്കും.
The Kerala state government, despite opposing the Centre’s directive politically, is prioritizing Hindi education in schools. An academic master plan is being developed to enhance students’ skills in Hindi, including areas like Hindi computing. Currently taught from Class 5, there are plans to begin Hindi instruction from Class 1. Hindi clubs will be strengthened, and students may be encouraged to watch Hindi films. As part of the National Education Policy’s three-language formula, Hindi will be taught alongside Malayalam and English. This move also aims to support the growing number of migrant workers’ children enrolling in government schools.
