Koodathai: എടവണ്ണ – താമരശ്ശേരി – കൊയിലാണ്ടി സംസ്ഥാന പാതയുടെ തകർച്ച, കുറ്റ ക്കാർക്കെതിരെ നടപടിയെടുക്കുക, അപകടാവസ്ഥയിലായ കൂടത്തായി പാലം അടിയന്തിരമായി പുനർനിർമ്മിക്കുക തുടങ്ങിയ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ഉന്നയിച്ച് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് കൂടത്തായി പാലത്തിന് സമീപം സംസ്ഥാന പാത ഉപരോധിച്ചു.
ഉപരോധ സമരം യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മറ്റി അംഗം റഫീഖ് കൂടത്തായ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ടി.കെ. ജിലാനി, എ.കെ.ഷാനവാസ്, ജാഫർ പള്ളിക്കണ്ടി, സി. പി നുഅ്മാൻ, എ.കെ.റാമിസ്, കെ.പി. നിയാസ്, വി.കെ. മോയി, ജലീൽ, ഹാഫിസ്, റാമിസ് നേതൃതം നൽകി. താമരശ്ശേരി സി.ഐ സായൂജിൻ്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള പോലിസ് സമരക്കാരെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് നീക്കി.
The Youth League blocked the Edavanna–Thamarassery–Koyilandy state highway near the weakened Koodathai bridge, demanding its urgent reconstruction and action against those responsible for the road’s deterioration. The protest was inaugurated by state committee member Rafeeq Koodathai and led by several local leaders. Police intervened and arrested the protesters.
