Kodanchery: പുല്ലൂരാംപാറ മാവാതുക്കലിന് സമീപം ഇരുവഞ്ഞിപ്പുഴയിൽ കുറുങ്കയത്ത് വിദ്യാർത്ഥി മുങ്ങി മരിച്ചു. ഓമശ്ശേരി നടുക്കിൽ സ്വദേശി അനുഗ്രഹ് (17) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. കൂട്ടുകാർക്കൊപ്പം കുളിക്കുന്നതിനിടെയായിരുന്നു അപകടം. മുക്കം ഫയർഫോഴ്സ്, നാട്ടുകാർ എന്നിവർ ചേർന്ന് വിദ്യാത്ഥിയെ മുങ്ങിയെടുത്തെങ്കിലും മരണം സംഭവിച്ചു. തിരുവമ്പാടി പോലീസിന്റെ ഇൻക്വസ്റ്റ് നടപടികൾക്ക് ശേഷം മൃതദേഹം കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി.
A 17-year-old student, Anugrah from Omassery Nadukkil, drowned while bathing with friends in the Iruvazhinji River near Mavattukal, Pullurampara. Despite rescue efforts by locals and the fire force, he died. The body was later taken to Kozhikode Medical College following police procedures.
