Adivaram: A huge rock fell onto the narrow section of the Thamarassery Churam just below the ninth hairpin bend, causing partial disruption to traffic. Vehicles are currently moving through the area in a one-way system.
A major accident was narrowly avoided. The rocks fell onto the road around 12 noon. Fortunately, no vehicles were passing through at the time, preventing a serious disaster. A JCB (excavator) from Adivaram, associated with the Churam Protection Committee, has been dispatched to remove the fallen rocks from the road.
