Thiruvanathapuram: ഇനിമുതൽ നവജാത ശിശുക്കൾക്ക് ആധാറിന് എൻറോൾ ചെയ്യാനാകും. അഞ്ചു വയസ്സുവരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ ആധാർ എൻറോൾമെന്റ് സമയത്ത് ബയോമെട്രിക്‌സ് (വിരലടയാളം, കൃഷ്‌ണമണി രേഖ) ശേഖരിക്കില്ല. ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചയുടൻ ആധാർ എൻറോൾമെന്റ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നത് സർക്കാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കും. അഞ്ചാം വയസിലും പതിനഞ്ചാം വയസിലും ബയോമെട്രിക്‌സ് നിർബന്ധമായും പുതുക്കണം. അഞ്ചാം വയസ്സിലെ പുതുക്കൽ ഏഴു വയസ്സിനുള്ളിലും 15 വയസ്സിലെ പുതുക്കൽ 17 വയസ്സിനുള്ളിലും നടത്തിയാൽ മാത്രമേ പുതുക്കൽ സൗകര്യം സൗജന്യമായി ലഭിക്കൂ. പുതുക്കൽ നടത്താത്തവ അസാധുവായേക്കും.
