Mananthavady: പിലാക്കാവ് കമ്പമലയില്‍ വീണ്ടും കാട്ടുതീ . ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് ഒരു മണിയോടെ മലയുടെ മുകളില്‍ നിന്നും പുക പടരുന്നതായി നാട്ടുകാരുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെട്ടത്. വനംവകുപ്പും, ഫയര്‍ഫോഴ്‌സും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി. തീയണക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇന്നലെ ഉച്ചക്ക് 12 മണിയോടെയാണ് കാട്ടുതീ ആരംഭിച്ചത്. കമ്പമലയുടെ ഒരു ഭാഗത്തെ പുല്‍മേടുകളിലായിരുന്നു തീപടര്‍ന്നത്. ഇന്നലെ വൈകിട്ടോടെ തീയണച്ചിരുന്നു . എന്നാല്‍ ഇന്ന് വീണ്ടും മലമുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് തീ പടരുകയായിരുന്നു. സംഭവത്തെ ദുരൂഹതയുണ്ടെന്ന ആരോപണവും ഉയരുന്നുണ്ട്.
Mananthavady: Wildfire Breaks Out Again at Pilakkavu Kampamala. A wildfire has once again erupted at Pilakkavu Kampamala. Around 1 PM today, locals noticed smoke rising from the top of the hill. Forest officials and the fire force have reached the spot and begun efforts to control the fire. The fire initially started yesterday at around 12 PM, spreading across the grasslands on one side of Kampamala. By evening, it was brought under control, but today, the flames have reignited on the hilltop. There are also allegations that the incident is suspicious. Authorities are investigating further.
