Omassery: അമ്പലക്കണ്ടി എട്ടാം വാർഡ്‌ വനിതാ ലീഗ്‌ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ‘കാവലാവാം; കൈകോർക്കാം’ എന്ന പ്രമേയവുമായി ലഹരിയെന്ന കൊടിയ വിപത്തിനെതിരെ ‘അമ്മ സദസ്സ്‌’ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
ജാറംകണ്ടി മദ്‌റസത്തുൽ മുജാഹിദീനിൽ നടന്ന അമ്മ സദസ്സ്‌ ഓമശ്ശേരി ഗ്രാമപ്പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ വികസന സ്റ്റാന്റിംഗ്‌ കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയർമാൻ യൂനുസ്‌ അമ്പലക്കണ്ടി ഉൽഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. വാർഡ്‌ വനിതാ ലീഗ്‌ പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ ഫാത്വിമ വടിക്കിനിക്കണ്ടി അദ്ധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു.
പ്രമുഖ ട്രൈനർ സാജൻ പുതിയോട്ടിൽ ക്ലാസെടുത്തു. ബ്ലോക്‌ പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ മെമ്പർ എസ്‌.പി.ഷഹന, വാർഡ്‌ മുസ്‌ലിം ലീഗ്‌ പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ അബു മൗലവി അമ്പലക്കണ്ടി, ജന.സെക്രട്ടറി പി.അബ്ദുൽ മജീദ്‌ മാസ്റ്റർ, എം.കെ.പോക്കർ സുല്ലമി, അമ്പലക്കണ്ടി ടൗൺ മുസ്‌ലിം യൂത്ത്‌ ലീഗ്‌ ജന.സെക്രട്ടറി യു.കെ.ശാഹിദ്‌, ബഷീർ മാളികക്കണ്ടി, വാർഡ്‌ വനിതാ ലീഗ്‌ ഭാരവാഹികളായ ഹസീന പാറമ്മൽ, ഇ.കെ.സാബിറ പാറമ്മൽ, എം.ടി.നജ്‌മ, ജംഷീറ നെച്ചൂളി, ഫാത്വിമ സുഹറ ചേറ്റൂർ, സുബീന നെച്ചൂളി എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു. വി.സി.മറിയക്കുട്ടി ടീച്ചർ സ്വാഗതവും ട്രഷറർ എം.ടി.ഹാജറ നന്ദിയും പറഞ്ഞു.
In Omassery, the Ambalakkandy 8th Ward Women’s League Committee organized an ‘Amma Sadas’ with the theme “Let’s Stand Guard; Let’s Join Hands”, aimed at raising awareness against drug abuse. The event, held at Jarankandi Madrassathul Mujahideen, was inaugurated by Grama Panchayat Standing Committee Chairman Yunus Ambalakkandy and presided over by Ward Women’s League President Fathima Vadikkinikkandy.
Trainer Sajan Puthiyottil led an awareness class, and several local leaders and Women’s League members addressed the gathering. The event emphasized community involvement in combating the growing threat of drug addiction.
