Thamarassery: താമരശ്ശേരിയിൽ Women’s Civil Excise ഓഫീസറെ അസഭ്യം പറഞ്ഞ് കയ്യേറ്റം ചെയ്ത കേസിലെ പ്രതി അറസ്റ്റിൽ. ചമൽ പൂവൻമല സ്വദേശി രാജേഷിനെ അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്ത താമരശ്ശേരി പൊലീസ് കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കി റിമാൻഡ് ചെയ്തു.
ജനുവരി ഒന്നിനായിരുന്നു കേസിന് ആസ്പദമായ സംഭവം. ചമൽ അങ്ങാടിയിൽ ചാരായം വിറ്റവരെ പിടികൂടാൻ എത്തിയപ്പോഴായിരുന്നു അസഭ്യം പറയും കയ്യേറ്റവും. കേസെടുത്തതിന് പിന്നാലെ പ്രതി ഒളിവിൽ പോയി. ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ താമരശ്ശേരി സ്റ്റേഷനിലെത്തി പ്രതി കീഴടങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
Thamarassery: A man has been arrested for verbally abusing and assaulting a Women’s Civil Excise Officer in Thamarassery. The accused, Rajesh, a native of Chamal Poovanmala, was arrested by Thamarassery Police and presented in court, where he was remanded. The incident took place on January 1st at Chamal Angadi when the officer was on duty to apprehend those involved in illegal liquor sales. During the operation, the accused verbally abused and attacked the officer. Following the registration of the case, the accused went into hiding but later surrendered at the Thamarassery Police Station this morning.
