Kozhikode: തൊട്ടിൽപ്പാലം Kuttiady പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലായി ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ വിലവരുന്ന MDMA യുമായി രണ്ട് യുവാക്കൾ പോലീസ് പിടിയിൽ. Kuttiady അടുക്കത്ത് സ്വദേശി ആഷിക്, മരുതോങ്കര സ്വദേശി അലൻ എന്നിവരാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. ഇരുവരിൽ നിന്നുമായി 139 ഗ്രാം MDMA കണ്ടെത്തി. Kuttiady ടൗണിൽ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിലാണ് ആഷിഖ് പോലീസ് പിടിയിലാകുന്നത്. ഇയാളുടെ പക്കൽ നിന്നും 74 ഗ്രാമോളം MDMA പോലീസ് പിടികൂടി.
തൊട്ടിൽപ്പാലം ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡ് പരിസരത്ത് നിന്നുമാണ് അലൻ പോലീസിന്റെ പിടിയിലാകുന്നത്. വിലപനയ്ക്കായി എത്തിച്ച 65 ഗ്രാമിലധികം MDMA ഇയാളിൽ നിന്ന് പോലീസ് പിടികൂടി. പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത MDMA യ്ക്ക് ഏകദേശം നാലര ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപ വിലവരും. Bangalore ൽ നിന്ന് ഇരുവരും ഒരുമിച്ച് ബസിൽ ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ Kuttiady യിൽ എത്തി. തുടർന്ന് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് രണ്ടു പേരും അവരവരുടെ നാട്ടിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് പോലീസ് പിടിയിലാകുന്നത്. Bangalore ൽ നിന്നും വിലപ്നയ്ക്കായാണ് MDMA നാട്ടിൽ എത്തിച്ചത്. ഇരുവരും സുഹൃത്തുക്കളാണ്.
Kozhikode: Two youths were arrested by the police in Thottilpalam and Kuttiady areas with MDMA worth lakhs of rupees. The arrested individuals are Ashiq from Adukkath, Kuttiady, and Alan from Maruthonkara. A total of 139 grams of MDMA was seized from them.
Ashiq was caught during a police inspection in Kuttiady town, and approximately 74 grams of MDMA was recovered from him. Alan was arrested near Thottilpalam bus stand, where police seized over 65 grams of MDMA from his possession. The seized MDMA is estimated to be worth around ₹4.5 lakh. Both individuals had arrived in Kuttiady this morning by bus from Bangalore. They were arrested while traveling to their respective hometowns. The police confirmed that the MDMA was brought from Bangalore for sale. The two accused are friends.
