Kozhikode ജില്ലയിലെ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത്, നഗരസഭകളിലെ കരട് വാര്‍ഡ് വിഭജന നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ച പരാതികളില്‍ Delimitation Commission ന്റെ ജില്ലാതല ഹിയറിങ് (നേര്‍വിചാരണ) ഇന്നും നാളെയും (ഫെബ്രുവരി 13, 14) Kozhikode കളക്ടറേറ്റ് കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് ഹാളില്‍ നടക്കും.
സംസ്ഥാന Delimitation Commission നേരിട്ടും ജില്ലാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ മുഖേനയും ആക്ഷേപങ്ങള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച പരാതിക്കാരെയാണ് Delimitation Commission നേരില്‍ കേള്‍ക്കുക. കരട് വാര്‍ഡ്/നിയോജകമണ്ഡല വിഭജന നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങളിന്മേല്‍ നിശ്ചിത സമയ പരിധിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ആക്ഷേപങ്ങള്‍/ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചവരെ മാത്രമേ ഹിയറിങില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു. മാസ് പെറ്റീഷന്‍ നല്‍കിയവരില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒരു പ്രതിനിധിക്ക് മാത്രം ഹിയറിംഗില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാം. അപേക്ഷ സര്‍പ്പിച്ച സമയത്ത് നല്‍കിയ കൈപ്പറ്റ് രസീത്/ രസീത് നമ്പര്‍ ഹിയറിങിന് വരുന്നവരുടെ കൈവശം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
ആകെ 1650 പരാതികളാണ് ജില്ലയില്‍ നിന്ന് കമ്മീഷന്റെ പരിഗണനയിലുള്ളത്. ഫെബ്രുവരി 13 ന് രാവിലെ 9 മുതല്‍ തൂണേരി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന് കീഴില്‍ വരുന്ന ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍, കോഴിക്കോട് കോര്‍പറേഷന്‍, കൊയിലാണ്ടി മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പരാതികള്‍ കേള്‍ക്കും. രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതല്‍ വടകര, പേരാമ്പ്ര എന്നീ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍, വടകര മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പരാതികളും ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം രണ്ട് മണി മുതല്‍ കൊടുവള്ളി, തോടന്നൂര്‍ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍ക്കു കീഴിലെ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പരാതികളും പരിഗണിക്കും.
ഫെബ്രുവരി 14 ന് രാവിലെ ഒമ്പത് മണി മുതല്‍ ബാലുശ്ശേരി, പന്തലായനി, കുന്നുമ്മല്‍ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍ക്കു കീഴില്‍ വരുന്ന ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെയും 11 മണി മുതല്‍ കോഴിക്കോട്, കുന്ദമംഗലം ബ്ലോക്കിനു കീഴിലെ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍, രാമനാട്ടുകര മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെയും ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു ശേഷം രണ്ട് മണി മുതല്‍ മേലടി, ചേളന്നൂര്‍ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തുകള്‍ക്ക് കീഴിലെ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെയും പരാതികളാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുക.
Kozhikode: The District-level hearing (direct inquiry) of the Delimitation Commission regarding complaints about the draft ward division proposals in the Gram Panchayats and Municipalities of Kozhikode district will be held today and tomorrow (February 13 and 14) at the Kozhikode Collectorate Conference Hall.
The State Delimitation Commission will hear the complaints submitted by the complainants both directly and through the district election officer. Only those who have submitted objections/comments regarding the draft ward/constituency division proposals within the specified time will be allowed to participate in the hearing. One representative from those who have filed mass petitions will be allowed to attend the hearing. The receipt number issued at the time of submitting the application must be in possession of the participants during the hearing.
A total of 1650 complaints are under consideration by the commission in the district. On February 13, complaints from Gram Panchayats under the Thooneri Block Panchayat, Kozhikode Corporation, and Koilandy Municipality will be heard from 9 AM. Complaints from Gram Panchayats in the Vadakara and Perambra Block Panchayats, as well as from Vadakara Municipality, will be heard from 11 AM, followed by complaints from Gram Panchayats under the Koduvalli and Thodannur Block Panchayats from 2 PM onwards.
On February 14, complaints from Gram Panchayats under the Balussery, Panthalayani, and Kunnummal Block Panchayats will be heard from 9 AM, followed by complaints from Gram Panchayats under the Kozhikode and Kundamangalam Block Panchayats, and Ramanattukara Municipality from 11 AM. In the afternoon, from 2 PM, complaints from Gram Panchayats under the Meladi and Chelannur Block Panchayats will be considered.
