Thamarassery: വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ തമ്മിലുണ്ടായ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലില്‍ ഗുരുതരമായി പരുക്കേറ്റ് Kozhikode Medical College ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ തീവ്ര പരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന 16 കാരന്‍ മരിച്ചു. Thamarassery ചുങ്കം പാലോറക്കുന്ന് ഇക്ബാലിന്റെ മകന്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷഹബാസാണ് ഇന്ന് പുലര്‍ച്ചെ ഒരുമണിയോടെ മരിച്ചത്.
താമരശ്ശേരി വെഴുപ്പൂര്‍ റോഡിലെ ട്യൂഷന്‍ സെന്ററിനുസമീപം ഇന്നലെ വൈകിട്ട് ആറരയോടെയായിരുന്നു സംഘര്‍ഷം. സംഭവത്തിൽതലയ്ക്ക് ക്ഷതമേറ്റ ഷഹബാസ് കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവ. മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിലെ അതിതീവ്രപരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ ചികിത്സയിലിരിക്കെയാണ് മരിച്ചത്. Vattoli MJ Higher Secondary സ്കൂളിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയാണ് ഷഹബാസ്. ഫെയർവെൽ പരിപാടിയെ ചൊല്ലിയുള്ള തർക്കമാണ് സംഘർഷത്തിൽ കലാശിച്ചത്.
സംഭവവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ട്യൂഷന്‍ സെന്ററില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്ന Thamarassery G.V.H.S.S ലെ അഞ്ച് പത്താംക്ലാസ് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളെ Thamarassery Police കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
A 16-year-old boy who was seriously injured in a clash between students in Thamarassery has passed away while undergoing intensive care at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital. Muhammad Shahbas, son of Iqbal from Thamarassery Chungam Palorakunnu, succumbed to his injuries at around 1 AM today.
The altercation occurred near a tuition center on Vezhupur Road, Thamarassery, around 6:30 PM yesterday. Shahbas suffered a severe head injury during the incident and was admitted to the ICU at Kozhikode Government Medical College, where he later passed away. He was a student of Vattoli MJ Higher Secondary School. The conflict reportedly stemmed from a dispute related to a farewell event.
In connection with the incident, Thamarassery Police have taken five 10th-grade students from Thamarassery G.V.H.S.S into custody for further investigation.
