Thamarassery: പൂനൂർ കാന്തപുരത്ത് വീടിനു സമീപത്തെ കുളത്തിൽ വീണ മരിച്ച രണ്ടു കുട്ടികളുടെയും മൃതദേഹം കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി മോർച്ചറിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. പുനൂർ കാന്തപുരം അലങ്ങാപ്പൊയിൽ താമസിക്കും അബ്ദുൽ റസാഖിൻ്റെ മകൻ മുഹമ്മദ് ഫർഹാൻ (9), മുഹമ്മദ് സാലിയുടെ മകൻ മുഹമ്മദ് അബൂബക്കർ (8) എന്നിവരാണ് മരണപ്പെട്ടത്.
Thamarassery: The bodies of two children who drowned in a pond near their house in Kanthapuram, Poonoor, have been shifted to the mortuary at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital. The deceased have been identified as Muhammad Farhan (9), son of Abdul Razak, and Muhammad Abu Bakker (8), son of Muhammad Sali, both residents of Alangappoyil, Kanthapuram, Poonoor.
The children were found dead in a pond located about 100 meters from their house. They were reported missing around 4 PM. At approximately 7 PM, during a search by the mother, one of the bodies was discovered in the pond. A subsequent search conducted by local residents led to the recovery of the second body from the bottom of the pond.
Following a police inquest at a private hospital in Poonoor, the bodies were shifted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
