Kodancherry: കണ്ണോത്ത് കൈതപ്പൊയിൽ റോഡിൽ Innova ഇലക്ട്രിക് പോസ്റ്റിൽ ഇടിച്ച് അപകടം. കൈതപ്പൊയിൽ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും കോടഞ്ചേരിയിലേക്ക് വരികയായിരുന്ന ഇന്നോവയാണ് അപകടത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടത്.
കണ്ണോത്ത് അങ്ങാടിക്ക് മുൻപുള്ള കയറ്റത്തിൽ വച്ചാണ് അപകടം. മൂന്ന് ഇലക്ട്രിക് പോസ്റ്റുകൾ തകർന്ന് വീണതിനാൽ റോഡിൽ ഗതാതടസ്സം നേരിടുന്നു. അപകടത്തിൽ ആർക്കും പരിക്കില്ല. വാഹനത്തിന്റെ സ്റ്റിയറിംഗ് ലോക്ക് ആയതാണ് അപകടത്തിന് കാരണമെന്ന് പറയുന്നു.
Kodancherry: An Innova met with an accident after crashing into an electric post on the Kannoth–Kaithappoyil road. The Innova was traveling from the Kaithappoyil side toward Kodancherry when the accident occurred.
The incident took place on the uphill stretch just before the Kannoth market. Three electric posts were damaged and fell, causing a traffic disruption on the road. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. It is reported that a steering lock malfunction in the vehicle caused the accident.
