Kodiyathur: സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികളുടെ സ്ഥലത്ത് അപകടകരമായ നിലയിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന മരങ്ങൾ കാലവർഷക്കെടുതിയിൽ മറിഞ്ഞ് വീണ് വ്യക്തികളുടെ ജീവനോ സ്വത്തിനോ അപകടം സംഭവിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ പ്രസ്തുത മരങ്ങളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥർ മുൻകൂട്ടി സ്വന്തം ചെലവിലും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലും മരങ്ങൾ മുറിച്ച് മാറ്റുകയോ/വെട്ടി ഒതുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്ത് അപകട സാദ്ധ്യത ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത മരങ്ങൾ മുറിച്ച് മാറ്റാത്ത പക്ഷം ഇതിൻമേലുണ്ടാകുന്ന സകലമാന കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്കും ദുരന്ത നിവാരണ നിയമം 2005 സെക്ഷൻ 30(2)(വി) പ്രകാരം മരങ്ങളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും ഉത്തരവാദിയെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു.
To prevent any potential danger to life or property due to trees in a hazardous condition on private properties falling during the monsoon season, the owners of such trees are hereby directed to cut down or trim the trees at their own expense and responsibility in advance.
Failure to remove these trees may lead to serious consequences, for which the tree owners alone will be held responsible under Section 30(2)(v) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005. This notice is issued by the Panchayat authorities in the interest of public safety.
