നിയന്ത്രണംവിട്ട ടോറസ് ലോറി ഇരുചക്രവാഹനത്തെ ഇടിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം മറിയുകയായിരുന്നു. സംഭവത്തിൽ പരിക്കേറ്റ സ്കൂട്ടർ യാത്രക്കാരനായ കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിയെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. എറണാകുളത്തു നിന്നും മാഹിയിലേക്ക് ടൈലുമായി പോകുന്ന ലോറിയാണ് ഇടിച്ചു മറിഞ്ഞത്. ലോറി ഡ്രൈവർ ഉറങ്ങിപ്പോയതാണ് അപകടത്തിന് കാരണമെന്ന് പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം.
