Kozhikode: സഹപാഠികളുടെ മർദനത്തിൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ഷഹബാസിൻ്റെ കൊലപാതകത്തിൽ ആരോപണ വിധേയരായ കുട്ടികളെ വെള്ളിമാടുകുന്നു ജുവൈനൽ ഹോമിൽ തന്നെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിക്കാൻ ആലോചന. പ്രതിപക്ഷ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി യുവജന സംഘടനകളുടെ പ്രതിഷേധം കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ് നീക്കം. ജുവൈനൽ ഹോമിൻ്റെ അടുത്തുള്ള സ്കൂളുകളിൽ എഴുതിക്കാനായിരുന്നു ആലോചന. എന്നാൽ പ്രതിഷേധം കനക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
ജുവൈനൽ ഹോമിലേക്ക് MSF നടത്തിയ പ്രവർത്തകരുടെ മാർച്ചിൽ സംഘർഷമുണ്ടായി. പൊലീസും പ്രവർത്തകരും തമ്മിൽ ഉന്തും തള്ളുമുണ്ടായി. പിന്നീട് പ്രവർത്തകരെ അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്തു നീക്കി. ജുവൈനൽ ഹോമിലേക്ക് യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസ്‌ മാർച്ച്‌ നടത്തും.
അതേസമയം വിദ്യാർഥി ഷഹബാസിനെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ സംഭവത്തിൽ കൃത്യമായ ആസൂത്രണം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെന്ന് ജില്ലാ പൊലീസ് മേധാവി കെഇ ബൈജു. കുട്ടികള്‍ എന്ന നിലയിലായിരുന്നില്ല മർദിച്ചവരുടെ ആലോചന. കൊലപാതകത്തില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടവരെല്ലാം പിടിയിലായിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഗൂഡാലോചനയിൽ കൂടുതല്‍ ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് പങ്കുണ്ടോയെന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുകയാണെന്നും കെഇ ബൈജു പറഞ്ഞു.
കൊലപാതകം നടന്നത് കൃത്യമായ ആസൂത്രണത്തോടെയാണ്. കുട്ടികളുടെ വാട്സ്ആപ്പ് സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ ഇതിന് തെളിവാണ്. കുട്ടികളില്‍ ഒരാളുടെ അച്ഛന് ക്രിമിനല്‍ പശ്ചാത്തലമുണ്ട്. കൊലപാതകത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരെല്ലാം പിടിയിലായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗൂഢാലോചനയിൽ കൂടുതല്‍ പേർക്ക് പങ്കുണ്ടോയെന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുകയാണ്. കൊലപാതകത്തില്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്നവര്‍ക്ക് പങ്കുള്ളതായി കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നും ജില്ലാ പൊലീസ് മേധാവി പറഞ്ഞു.
Kozhikode: Authorities are considering allowing the juveniles accused in the murder of Shahbaz to take their exams at the Vellimadukunnu Juvenile Home itself. This decision comes in response to protests by opposition student and youth organizations. Initially, there were plans to conduct the exams at nearby schools, but increasing protests led to a reconsideration.
A march organized by MSF activists towards the Juvenile Home resulted in clashes. There was a scuffle between the police and the protesters, following which the activists were arrested and removed from the scene. Meanwhile, Youth Congress has also announced a march to the Juvenile Home.
District Police Chief K.E. Baiju stated that the murder of student Shahbaz was carried out with careful planning. He emphasized that the attackers did not act with the mindset of ordinary juveniles. All those involved in the murder have been arrested, and investigations are ongoing to determine if more individuals were part of the conspiracy.
According to the police, WhatsApp messages exchanged among the juveniles provide evidence of premeditation. One of the accused’s fathers has a criminal background. While all those directly involved have been taken into custody, authorities are still probing whether more people were part of the conspiracy. However, no involvement of adults in the murder has been found so far, Baiju added.
