Puthuppady: ലഹരിയ്ക്കും വയലൻസിനുമെതിരെ ജനാധിപത്യ മഹിളാ അസോസിയേഷൻ താമരശേരി ഏരിയ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ലോങ്ങ് മാർച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. എലോകരയിൽ നിന്ന് ആരംഭിച്ച മാർച്ച് ഈങ്ങാപ്പുഴ അങ്ങാടിയിൽ സമാപിച്ചു.
അഖിലേന്ത്യ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് പി കെ ശ്രീമതി ഉദ്ഘടനം ചെയ്തു. ശ്രീജ ബിജു അധ്യക്ഷയായി. ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി കെ പുഷ്പജ, സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയംഗം പി ഉഷദേവി, റെജി സുധാകരൻ, ഷറീന മജീദ് എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു.കെ ജമീല സ്വാഗതവും വി പി ഇന്ദിര നന്ദിയും പറഞ്ഞു.
Puthuppady: Long March Against Drugs and Violence. A long march was organized under the leadership of the Democratic Women’s Association, Thamarassery Area Committee, against drugs and violence. The march started from Elokkara and concluded at Engapuzha market.
All India President P.K. Sreemathi inaugurated the event. Sreeja Biju presided over the function. District Secretary K. Pushpaja, State Committee Member P. Ushadevi, Reji Sudhakaran, and Shareena Majeed spoke at the event. K. Jameela welcomed the gathering, and V.P. Indira delivered the vote of thanks.
