Malappuram: മലപ്പുറം എടപ്പാളില്‍ യുവാവിനെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയി മര്‍ദിച്ചു. മദ്യലഹരിയിലെത്തിയ സംഘമാണ് വടിവാള്‍ കാണിച്ച് യുവാവിനെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തി ബൈക്കില്‍ കയറ്റി കൊണ്ടുപോയി മർദ്ദിച്ചത്. സംഭവത്തിൽ പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത ഒരാൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ പൊന്നാനി സ്വദേശികളായ മൂന്ന് പേർ പിടിയിൽ. പൊന്നാനി സ്വദേശി മുബഷിര്‍ (19, മുഹമദ് യാസിര്‍(18) എന്നിവരും 17 വയസുകാരനുമാണ് പിടിയിലായത്.
കുറ്റിപ്പാല സ്വദേശിയായ 18കാരനാണ് മര്‍ദനമേറ്റത്. 18കാരനോട് അക്രമി സംഘം സഹപാഠിയായ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ ചോദിച്ചു. നമ്പറില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതോടെ കയ്യില്‍ കരുതിയ വടിവാള്‍ എടുത്തു ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിയെ ബൈക്കില്‍ പിന്തുടര്‍ന്നെത്തിയ സംഘം ബൈക്കില്‍ കയറ്റി പൊന്നാനി ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകുകയായിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്നായിരുന്നു മര്‍ദനം.
യുവാവിനെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തി ബൈക്കിൽ കയറ്റി കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന ദൃശ്യങ്ങളും പുറത്തു വന്നു. യുവാവിനെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നത് കണ്ട കാര്‍ യാത്രക്കാരാണ് ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പകര്‍ത്തിയത്. വടിവാളും കയ്യിൽ പിടിച്ച് യുവാവിനെ ബൈക്കിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതാണ് ദൃശ്യങ്ങളിലുള്ളത്. പൊലീസ് പിന്തുടർന്ന് എത്തിയതോടെ യുവാവിനെ ഇവർ വഴിയിലിറക്കി വിടുകയായിരുന്നു.
Malappuram: A youth was abducted and assaulted by a gang under the influence of alcohol in Edappal. The attackers, armed with a machete, threatened the victim before forcing him onto a bike and assaulting him. Police have arrested three individuals, including a minor, all hailing from Ponnani. The accused are Mubashir (19), Muhammad Yasir (18), and a 17-year-old minor.
The 18-year-old victim, a resident of Kuttippala, was confronted by the gang, who demanded the phone number of his classmate. When he failed to provide it, they brandished the machete and threatened him. The victim attempted to escape, but the gang chased him on a bike, abducted him, and took him towards Ponnani, where the assault took place.
Shocking visuals of the incident have surfaced, captured by car passengers who witnessed the abduction. The video shows the gang carrying a machete while forcing the youth onto the bike. Police intervened and, as a result, the accused left the youth midway before fleeing.
