Mukkam: മാങ്ങ പറിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ഹോട്ടലുടമ ഷോക്കേറ്റ് മരിച്ചു . കൊടിയത്തൂർ പന്നിക്കോട് ലോഹിയേട്ടൻ്റെ ചായക്കട എന്ന പേരിൽ ഹോട്ടൽ നടത്തിവരുന്ന മണ്ണെടുത്ത് പറമ്പിൽ ലോഹിതാക്ഷനാണ് (63) മരിച്ചത്.
വീടിൻ്റെ ടെറസിൽ നിന്നും ഇരുമ്പ് തോട്ടി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാങ്ങ പറിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ തോട്ടി വൈദ്യുതി ലൈനിൽ തട്ടി ഷോക്കേൽക്കുകയായിരിന്നു. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച പകൽ 10 മണിയോടെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. മൃതദേഹം Kozhikode Medical College ആശുപത്രിയിൽ.
Mukkam: A hotel owner was electrocuted while picking mangoes. The deceased has been identified as Lohithakshan (63), a resident of Manneduthu Parambil, who ran a hotel named Lohiyettante Chayakada in Pannikode, Koodiyattur.
The incident occurred around 10 AM on Monday when he was picking mangoes from the terrace of his house using an iron pole, which accidentally came in contact with an electric line, resulting in electrocution. His body has been taken to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
