Kozhikode: കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന പാക് പൗരത്വമുള്ള മൂന്നുപേർക്ക് രാജ്യം വിടാൻ നോട്ടീസ്. കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിക്കും വടകര സ്വദേശികളായ രണ്ടുപേർക്കുമാണ് നോട്ടീസ് ലഭിച്ചത്. മതിയായ രേഖകള്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ താമസിക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍ ഞായറാഴ്ചക്കുള്ളില്‍ രാജ്യം വിട്ടുപോകണമെന്ന് കാണിച്ചാണ് പോലീസ് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കച്ചവടാവശ്യത്തിന് പാകിസ്താനിലേക്ക് പോയി പൗരത്വമെടുത്തവരും വിവാഹത്തോടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെത്തിയവർക്കുമാണ് നോട്ടീസ് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
കൊയിലാണ്ടിയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഹംസ, വടകര വൈക്കിലിശ്ശേരിയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന കഞ്ഞിപ്പറമ്പത്ത് ഖമറുന്നീസ, സഹോദരി അസ്മ എന്നിവർക്കാണ് നോട്ടീസ് ലഭിച്ചത്. കറാച്ചിയിൽ കച്ചവടം നടത്തുകയായിരുന്നു ഇവരുടെ കുടുംബം. പിതാവ് മരിച്ചശേഷമാണ് ഇവർ കേരളത്തിലെത്തിയത്. കണ്ണൂരിലായിരുന്നു ഖമറുന്നീസ താമസിച്ചിരുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് 2022ൽ വടകരയിലെത്തി. ചൊക്ലിയിലാണ് അസ്മ താമസിക്കുന്നത്. 2024ൽ വിസയുടെ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ അപേക്ഷ നൽകിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ വിസ പുതുക്കി കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്നാണ് രണ്ടുപേരും പറയുന്നത്.
Kozhikode: Notices have been issued to three Pakistani nationals residing in Kozhikode district, instructing them to leave the country. The notices were served to a resident of Koyilandy and two residents of Vadakara. The police issued the notices stating that they must leave the country by Sunday as they have been residing in India without proper documents.
The notices were issued to Hamsa, residing in Koyilandy, and sisters Khamarunnisa and Asma of Kanjiparambath, residing in Vaikkilissery, Vadakara. Their family had been running a business in Karachi. They moved to Kerala after the death of their father. Khamarunnisa had initially stayed in Kannur before moving to Vadakara in 2022, while Asma currently resides in Chokli.
Both of them stated that they had applied for visa renewal after their visas expired in 2024 but were unable to get the extensions.
