Thamarassery: ഷഹബാസ് വധക്കേസിലെ കുറ്റാരോപിതരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ വീണ്ടും റിട്ട് പെറ്റീഷൻ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തു.ഈ മാസം 16 ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി കേസ് പരിഗണിക്കും.
ബാലാവകാശ കമ്മീഷൻ ഉത്തരവ് നടപ്പിലാക്കുക. ഇതു വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ നടപടികളും ദുർബലപ്പെടുത്തുക. എല്ലാ വിദ്യഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും കുട്ടികളുടെ അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് ഉത്തരവിടുക. കുട്ടികളെ ഡീ ബാർ ചെയ്തത് റദ്ദാക്കുക. തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് പെറ്റീഷനിലെ ആവശ്യം.കുട്ടികൾ നിരപരാധികളും, യാതൊരു കുറ്റവും ചെയ്യാത്തവരുമാണെന്നാണ് പ്രതിഭാഗം വാദം.
Thamarassery: A fresh writ petition has been filed in the High Court on behalf of the students accused in the Shahabas murder case. The High Court will consider the case on the 16th of this month.
The petition demands the implementation of the order issued by the Child Rights Commission, annulment of all actions taken so far, and a directive for all educational institutions to accept the students’ applications. It also calls for the revocation of the debarment of the students. The defense argues that the children are innocent and have committed no wrongdoing.
