പരസ്പരം കലഹിച്ച കുട്ടികളെ അധ്യാപകർ ഇടപെട്ട് മാറ്റി രംഗം ശാന്തമാക്കി. എന്നാൽ MJ സ്കൂളിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ ചേർന്നു രൂപീകരിച്ച വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം നൽകിയ സന്ദേശത്തിൽ സ്കൂളിലെ കുട്ടികളോട് വ്യാഴാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ട് 5 മണിക്ക് താമരശ്ശേരി ട്യൂഷൻ സെൻ്ററിൽ എത്താൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. അതു പ്രകാരം 15 ൽ അധികം MJ ഹയർ സെക്കൻററി സ്കൂളിലെ കുട്ടികൾ എത്തിച്ചേർന്നു. ഇവരും താമരശ്ശേരി ഹയർ സെക്കൻ്റി സ്കൂളിലെ കുട്ടികളും പരസ്പരം ഏറ്റുമുട്ടി.

സംഭവത്തിൽ MJ Higher Secondary School വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയും താമരശ്ശേരി ചുങ്കം പാലോറക്കുന്ന് ഇക്ബാലിൻ്റെ മകനുമായ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷഹബാസിന് തലക്ക് സാരമായി പരുക്കേറ്റു. എന്നാൽ പുറത്ത് പരുക്ക് ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഷഹബാസിനെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിക്കാതെ ഏതാനും കൂട്ടുകാർ വീട്ടിൽ ക്കൊണ്ടു വിട്ടു. വീട്ടിൽ തളർന്നു കിടന്ന ഷഹബാസിസ് എന്താണ് സംഭവിച്ചത് എന്നറിയാൻ വീട്ടുകാർ മകൻ്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടപ്പോഴാണ് ആക്രമസംഭവങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് അറിഞ്ഞത്. രാത്രി ഏഴു മണിയോടെ Thamarassery താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ച ഷഹബാസിൻ്റെ നില അതീവ ഗുരുതരമായതിനാൽ Kozhikode Medical Collegeലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. നിലവിൽ അതിതീവൃ പരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ചികിത്സയിലാണ്. സംഭവത്തിൽ നാലു പേരെ പോലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തതായാണ് സൂചന.

പരുക്കേറ്റ ഷഹബാസ് ട്യൂഷൻ സെൻ്ററിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയല്ല, ഷഹബാസിനെ കൂട്ടുകാർ വീട്ടിലെത്തി കൂട്ടികൊണ്ടു പോകുകയായിരുന്നു.

Thamarassery: Clash Between Students Near Private Tuition Center; 10th Grader in Critical Condition. Thamarassery witnessed a violent altercation between students, leaving a 10th-grade student critically injured. The incident occurred following a farewell event at a tuition center last Sunday, where students from Elettil Vattoli MJ Higher Secondary School performed a couple dance. However, due to a phone malfunction, the music stopped midway, disrupting the dance. Some students from Thamarassery Higher Secondary School allegedly mocked them, which angered one of the performing girls.

Teachers intervened and managed to disperse the students, restoring calm. However, a message circulated in a WhatsApp group created by MJ School students, asking their peers to gather at the tuition center on Thursday at 5 PM. As a result, over 15 students from MJ Higher Secondary School arrived at the location, leading to a violent clash with students from Thamarassery Higher Secondary School.

During the fight, a student named Muhammad Shahbaz, son of Iqbal from Chungam Palorakkunnu, Thamarassery, sustained a severe head injury. Though there were no visible external wounds, his condition worsened. Instead of taking him to the hospital, his friends dropped him off at home. When Shahbaz collapsed at home, his parents contacted his friends and learned about the attack.

He was rushed to Thamarassery Taluk Hospital around 7 PM and later shifted to Kozhikode Medical College due to the severity of his condition. Shahbaz is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU).

Reports suggest that the police have taken four individuals into custody in connection with the incident. Interestingly, Shahbaz was not a student at the tuition center but was taken there by his friends before the clash erupted.
