Thiruvambady: ആധാരത്തിൽ വിലകുറച്ച് കാണിച്ചതിനാൽ അണ്ടർവാല്വേഷൻ നടപടികൾ നേരിടുന്നവർക്ക് തുച്ഛമായ തുക മാത്രം അടച്ച് നിയമനടപടികളിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാകാൻ സുവർണാവസരം. ഇപ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പ്രത്യേക പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം 2017 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിലെ അണ്ടർവാല്വേഷൻ കേസുകളിൽ കുറവ് മുദ്രയിൽ പരമാവധി 60 ശതമാനം വരെയും കുറവ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഫീസിൽ 75 ശതമാനം വരെയും ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
2017 ഏപ്രിൽ ഒന്നുമുതൽ 2023 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ കാലയളവിലെ അണ്ടർ വാല്വേഷൻ കേസുകളിൽ കുറവ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഫീസ് പൂർണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കിയതോടൊപ്പം കുറവുമുദ്രയുടെ 50 ശതമാനം ഇളവും പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഫലത്തിൽ കുറവുമുദ്രയുടെ 50 ശതമാനം തുക മാത്രം അടച്ച് മേൽ കാലയളവിലെ കേസുകൾ തീർപ്പാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം പരമാവധി പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കി തിരുവമ്പാടി സബ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ ഓഫീസിലെ അണ്ടർവാല്വേഷൻ കേസുകൾ തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനായി ജില്ലാ രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ഓഡിറ്റ്) മാർച്ച് 24 ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചക്ക് 1മണിവരെ കോടഞ്ചേരി സബ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ ഓഫീസിൽ വെച്ച് പ്രത്യേക അദാലത്ത് നടത്തും. അണ്ടർവാല്വേഷൻ നടപടികൾ നേരിടുന്നവർ ഈ അദാലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കണമെന്നും മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം പരമാവധി പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും തിരുവമ്പാടി സബ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ അറിയിക്കുന്നു.

Thiruvambadi: Individuals facing undervaluation proceedings due to lower value assessments in property documents now have a golden opportunity to settle their cases by paying a minimal amount and avoiding legal complications.
As per the special scheme announced by the government, for undervaluation cases up to March 31, 2017, a maximum reduction of 60% in stamp duty and 75% in registration fees is available.
For cases from April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2023, the registration fee has been completely waived, and a 50% reduction in stamp duty has been announced. As a result, individuals can settle their cases by paying only 50% of the reduced stamp duty.
To ensure the maximum benefit of this scheme reaches the public, a special adalat (settlement session) will be conducted by the District Registrar (Audit) on March 24, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kodanchery Sub-Registrar Office to resolve undervaluation cases registered at the Thiruvambadi Sub-Registrar Office. Those facing undervaluation proceedings are encouraged to participate in this adalat and make the most of this opportunity.
