Thiruvambady: ടൗണിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന ഹിൽപാലസ് എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം അടച്ചു പൂട്ടാൻ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികൃതരും ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പും പോലീസും എത്തിയപ്പോൾ അവരെ തടഞ്ഞത് സംബന്ധിച്ച കേസിൽ തിരുവമ്പാടി വ്യാപാരി വ്യവസായി ഏകോപന സമിതി നേതാക്കളെയും ഹോട്ടൽ ജീവനക്കാരെയും കോടതി വിട്ടയച്ചു.
2018-ൽ ആണ് കേസിന്ആസ്പദമായ സംഭവം നടന്നത്. വ്യാപാരി വ്യവസായി ഏകോപനസമിതി വൈസ് പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് ഫൈസൽ ചാലിൽ, യൂത്ത് വിങ്ങ് ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്ന സൂരജ് കൊട്ടാരം, എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് മെമ്പറായ ബേബി വർഗീസ്, ലത്തീഫ് വി.എം കൂടാതെ ഹോട്ടൽ ജീവനക്കാരനായ കുട്ടി അടക്കമുള്ളവരെയാണ് കോടതി വിട്ടയച്ചത്. അഡ്വക്കറ്റ് ബിജു അഗസ്റ്റിൻ പ്രതികൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഹാജരായി.

The incident occurred in 2018. The court released the accused, including Faisal Chaalil, the Vice President of the Traders’ Coordination Committee, Suraj Kottaram, the former General Secretary of the Youth Wing, Baby Varghese, the Executive Member, Latheef V.M., and hotel staff member Kutti. Advocate Biju Augustine represented the defendants in court.
