Thiruvambady: കേരളം ഭരിക്കുന്ന ഇടത് സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ ജനദ്രോഹ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ കേരളത്തിൽ ഉടനീളം നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന രാപ്പകൽ സമരം തിരുവമ്പാടിയിൽ UDF പഞ്ചായത്ത് കമ്മറ്റി നടത്തി. ദിനംപ്രതി ജനങ്ങളെ ദ്രോഹിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള സർക്കാരിൻറെ ദുർഭരണത്തെ അക്കമിട്ട് തുറന്നു കാട്ടി.
അവശ്യസാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില വർധന, കാർഷികോൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വിലത്തകർച്ച, വന്യജീവി ആക്രമണം , പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വർക്കുകളിൽ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അഴിമതി, ലഹരി മാഫിയക്ക് വളരാൻ ഉള്ള സാഹചര്യം ഒരുക്കും വിദം മൗനം നടിക്കുന്ന നിലപാടുകൾ അടക്കമുള്ളവ സമരത്തിൽ ചർച്ചാ വിശയമായി KPCC ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി അഡ്വ: പി.എം നിയാസ് ചടങ്ങ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
മുസ്ലിം ലീഗ് നിയോജക മണ്ഡലം പ്രസിഡണ്ട് സി.കെ കാസിം മുഖ്യ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തി ടി. ജെ കുര്യാച്ചൻ തെങ്ങുംമൂട്ടിൽ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ച സമരത്തിൽ ഷിനോയ് അടക്കാപ്പാറ, സണ്ണി കാപ്പാട്ടുമല ബിന്ദു ജോൺസൺ, മില്ലി മോഹൻ, ടോമി കൊന്നക്കൽ, മോയിൻ കാവുങ്ങൽ, റോബർട്ട് നെല്ലിക്ക ത്തെരു, ഷിജു ചെമ്പനാഴി, അസ്ക്കർ ചെറിയമ്പലം, ഹനീഫ ആച്ച പറമ്പൻ, ബിജു എണ്ണാർ മണ്ണിൽ, ടി.എൻ സുരേഷ്, മുജീബ് റഹ്മാൻ പയ്യടി പറമ്പിൽ, ഷിജു മാസ്റ്റർ, ജോൺ ചാക്കോ, രാമചന്ദ്രൻ കരിമ്പിൽ, സുന്ദരൻ ആവാസ് എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു. ഷൗക്കത്തലി കൊല്ലളത്തിൽ സ്വാഗതവും മനോജ് വിഴേപ്പറമ്പിൽ നന്ദിയും പറഞ്ഞു.
The Thiruvambady UDF Panchayat Committee organized a day-and-night protest as part of the state-wide agitation against the Left-led Kerala government, condemning its anti-people policies. The protest highlighted growing public discontent over various issues including the rising cost of essential commodities, the sharp fall in agricultural product prices, increasing incidents of wild animal attacks, rampant corruption in public works, and the government’s silence and inaction in curbing the expanding drug mafia.
The event was inaugurated by KPCC General Secretary Adv. P.M. Niyas, with Muslim League constituency president C.K. Kasim delivering the keynote address. T.J. Kuryachan presided over the protest, which saw participation from several local leaders and activists. They strongly criticized the state government’s failures and demanded urgent corrective measures. The protest concluded with a vote of thanks by Manoj Vizhaparambil and a welcome note by Shoukathali Kollalath.
