Wayanad: ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷയിൽ ഹാൻസ് കടത്തിയ യുവാവ് പിടിയിൽ. കമ്പളക്കാട് സ്വദേശി അസ്ലമാണ്(36) പിടിയിലായത്. കൂടിയ തുകയ്ക്ക് ചില്ലറ വിൽപ്പന നടത്താനായാണ് ഹാൻസ് എത്തിച്ചത്.
ജില്ലാ ലഹരിവിരുദ്ധ സ്‌ക്വാഡും കമ്പളക്കാട് പോലീസും ചേർന്നാണ് അസ്ലമിൽ നിന്ന് ഹാൻസ് പിടിച്ചെടുത്തത്. ഹാൻസ് നിറച്ച എട്ട് ചാക്കുകളാണ് ഓട്ടോയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ കമ്പളക്കാട് ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും പറളിക്കുന്ന് ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പുകയില ഉത്പന്നം കടത്താനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണ് പോലീസ് തകർത്തത്
എട്ട് ചാക്കുകളിലായി 1595 പാക്കറ്റ് ഹാൻസാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. കുട്ടികൾ അടക്കമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഹാൻസ് നൽകുന്നവരിലെ പ്രധാന കണ്ണിയാണ് അസ്ലം.
Wayanad: A youth was arrested for smuggling Hans in an autorickshaw. The arrested individual is Aslam (36), a native of Kambalakkad. The Hans packets were brought in for retail sale at a high price.
The District Anti-Narcotics Squad and Kambalakkad Police jointly seized the Hans from Aslam. There were eight sacks filled with Hans in the auto. The police foiled an attempt to smuggle the tobacco products from Kambalakkad to Parlikunnu in the early hours of Tuesday.
A total of 1,595 packets of Hans were found in the eight sacks. Aslam is reportedly a key link in the distribution of Hans, even to children.
