Alappuzha: വിവാഹ വാഗ്ദാനം നൽകി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചെന്ന പരാതിയിൽ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ ഇൻഫ്ലുവൻസർ കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ. ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാമിൽ ‘തൃക്കണ്ണൻ’ എന്ന ഐഡിയിലെ ഹാഫിസ് സജീവാണ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലായത്. ആലപ്പുഴ ഇരവുകാട് സ്വദേശിയായ ഹാഫിസിനെ ആലപ്പുഴ സൗത്ത് പൊലീസാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. യുവതി നൽകിയ പരാതിയിലാണ് കേസ്. വിവാഹ വാഗ്ദാനം നൽകി വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ച് പീഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്നാണ് പരാതിക്കാരിയുടെ മൊഴി.
യുവതിയെ ഇയാൾ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാമെന്ന് പറയുകയും എന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് ഇവർ തമ്മിൽ ഉണ്ടായ വഴക്കിനെ തുടർന്ന് പിരിയുകയുമായിരുന്നു. മൂന്നരലക്ഷം ഫോളോവെർസ് ആണ് 25 കാരനായ ഹാഫിസ് എന്ന തൃക്കണ്ണനുള്ളത്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഇയാളുടെ ഓരോ റീൽസിനും വലിയ റീച്ചാണ് സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടാറുള്ളതും.
ഒരുമിച്ച് റീൽസ് എടുക്കാമെന്നും കൊളാബ് ചെയ്യാമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞാണ് ഇയാൾ പെൺകുട്ടികളെ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തുന്നത്. തന്റെ വീടിന് തൊട്ടടുത്തുള്ള മറ്റൊരു വീട് വാടകയ്‌ക്കെടുത്താണ് ഇയാൾ റീൽസ് ഷൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതും എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതും. അവിടെവെച്ചാണ് യുവതിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് നൽകി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചതെന്നാണ് പരാതിക്കാരി പറയുന്നത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വർഷമായി ഇരുവരും തമ്മിൽ അടുപ്പത്തിലാണെന്നും എന്നാൽ കുറച്ച്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴാണ് ഇയാൾ തന്നെ പറ്റിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് നിയമവിദ്യാർഥിനിയായ പരാതിക്കാരി തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതും.
ഇതിന് മുൻപും രണ്ട് പീഡന പരാതികൾ തൃക്കണ്ണനെതിരെ ആലപ്പുഴ പൊലീസിന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ പരാതി നൽകിയ പെൺകുട്ടികൾ കേസിൽ നിന്ന് പിന്മാറിയതിനാൽ ഇയാൾ രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു. ഹാഫിസിന്റെ അറസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചയോടുകൂടിയാണ് പൊലീസ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. വൈദ്യ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി ആലപ്പുഴ ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചു.
A social media influencer has been taken into custody in Alappuzha following allegations of sexual abuse under the pretext of marriage. The accused, Hafis, known as “Thrikkannan” on Instagram, was arrested by Alappuzha South Police based on a complaint filed by a woman.
According to the complaint, Hafis lured the woman to his house by promising marriage and then assaulted her. The victim stated that they were in a relationship for over a year, but after some disputes, they separated. She later realized she had been deceived.
Hafis, 25, has around 350,000 followers on Instagram, making his reels widely popular. He allegedly invited women under the guise of collaboration for social media content. He had even rented a house near his residence for filming and editing reels, where the alleged assault took place.
This is not the first complaint against Hafis. Two previous cases of sexual abuse were reported against him, but the victims withdrew their complaints, allowing him to evade legal consequences. The police officially recorded his arrest in the afternoon and took him to Alappuzha General Hospital for medical examination.
